FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE (SENIOR EXECUTIVE)

FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE (SENIOR EXECUTIVE) - Kuching
The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic f
undraising initiatives, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement programs to support SCCS’s 
mission. This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable income growth through events, CSR 
collaborations, and corporate giving programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management & Fundraising Campaigns
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of GoBald, SCCS’s signature charity head-shaving event
Coordinate logistics, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and volunteers
Ensure successful delivery of fundraising targets and engagement objectives
Sponsorship & Partnership Development
Identify, develop, and manage corporate sponsors and strategic partners
Build long-term partnerships for SCCS fundraising events and programmes
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
CSR & Corporate Collaboration
Source and develop new CSR project collaborations with corporate partners
Design mutually beneficial programs aligned with corporate CSR objectives
Maintain strong corporate relationship pipelines
Corporate Giving & Monthly Donation Programme
Expand the SCCS Monthly Donation Programme through structured corporate outreach
Engage organisations for payroll giving and regular corporate donations
Develop corporate donor acquisition strategies
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare budgets for key fundraising events and initiatives
Manage procurement processes for fundraising activities
Track performance, ROI, and financial outcomes of events and campaigns
Prepare post-event reports and impact summaries
Requirements & Competencies:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
Min 2 year’s experience in fundraising, sales, partnerships, or business development 
NGO experience an advantage) 
Strong project management and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple projects effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for social impact and community service is an added advantage
