
ACCOUNT CUM ADMINISTRATIVE
Job Description
Handle full set of accounts and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Monitor and record daily transactions to ensure timely and accurate updates.
Liaise with auditors, company secretary, banks, and other external parties.
Prepare and manage basic monthly payroll.
Maintain and update HR records.
Provide accounts and administrative support to the Director
Prepare monthly operational expenses.
Support general office administration tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience (accounting/admin).
Working experience in construction or property development would be an advantages.
Able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
