CIVIL ENGINEER

CIVIL ENGINEER
Can be based in Sibu, Bintulu, Mukah/ Sarawak region 
Office HQ is located at 15 1/2 miles, Kuching Outer Ring Rd, 94200 Kota Samarahan, Sarawak 
Key Responsibilities: 
Prepare, review, and develop engineering designs for infrastructure and construction-related projects. 
Liaise and coordinate with clients, relevant authorities, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, including design changes, drawing revisions, technical modifications, and delivery timelines. 
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other technical parties on specialised or non-standard engineering matters, and collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues. 
Check and verify engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards. 
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with valid IEM membership and BEM registration. 
Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based engineering environments. 
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision; strong analytical and results-oriented mindset. 
Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, ESTEEM, STAAD.Pro, Prokon, or other relevant engineering tools will be an added advantage. 
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. 
Team-oriented with a positive and professional working attitude. 
Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed
