
SALES ASSISTANCE
We are looking for a Retail & Sales Assistant who is friendly, responsible, and has basic
knowledge of accounting or POS systems. This role involves assisting customers, handling
sales transactions, and supporting basic sales and accounting records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers and provide good customer service
Handle sales transactions at POS counter
Prepare and issue receipts, invoices, and quotations
Key in daily sales into accounting and POS system
Assist in daily cash handling and basic reconciliation
Maintain sales records, stock updates, and simple reports
Support administrative tasks when required
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Certificate
Basic knowledge of accounting or POS systems
Comfortable handling cash, numbers, and data entry
Able to use Microsoft Word
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Good communication and customer service skills
