QUANTITY SURVEYOR  - Kapit/Spaoh, Sarawak (1 post)
Requirements:
Minimum 2-year experience/ Fresh Graduate
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveyor
Willing to travel from time to time (if needed)

Job description
Tendering by taking off materials, Quick check on BQ quantity
Site visit
Follow up work done & tender status
Prepare progress claim, know every project cutoff date, prepare supporting documents,
    prepare payment certificate to subcon, 
Material control, on time procurements and delivery

SITE SUPERVISOR (BUILDING WORKS) (Kapit, Sarawak), Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building, 3 years working experience in building construction works, supervise site activities and monitor subcontractors, Prepare daily site report and update progress to Project Manager. 2. M&E COORDINATOR (Kapit, Sarawak), Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, 2 years hands-on experience handling M&E works, read and understand M&E drawings and specifications, Familiarity with local authority rules, requirements, and compliance matters. 3.
