Job Description
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overall daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that our business goals are met. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, resource management and fostering a positive work environment
To report Board of Directors on any development and ensure all governance be adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the department.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team or department.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business goals.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting.

Preferred Qualification
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
