Required Experience/ Skills/Character:
Previous experience in similar position within a 4/5* Hotel or high-quality restaurant.
Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in Chinese Cuisine / Banquet in Hotel or restaurant / Specialties in Seafood or traditional dishes / Culinary Arts or Pastry / F&B.
Proven experience catering for meetings, events & weddings.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an added advantage.
Show a good command of the English language.
