Qualifications and requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or Administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Possesses own transportation.
Responsibilities:
To maintain accurate HR records, employment documentation and personnel files.
To manage leave, timesheets and payroll-related administrative support.
To Assist with foreign worker's working visa application and renewal.
To provide support to ad-hoc related tasks as and when necessary/required.
