CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR (LOGISTICS)
Job Location: Kuching, Sarawak
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the movement of our customers’
import and export shipments. You will be the main point of contact for co-ordination between our
customers and carrier agents.
Duties and responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day operational activities according to requirements and KPI, ensuring close co-ordination with clients and agents to obtain high customer satisfaction.
Provide sales quotations to customers.
Arrange bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions accurately.
Communicate and follow-up with customers on the status of their shipments.
Reviewing documents required for customs declaration and, when required, assisting in the preparation of the same.
Co-ordinate with operations team when required.
Assisting superior with any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline or, for candidates with min 2-years working experience in the field, SPM level.
Preferably minimum 2 years working experience in Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
Understanding Customs, shipping documentation and procedures is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Good computer skills (Email, Excel, and Word).
