SITE SUPERVISOR (Architectural) - Samarahan

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
协调并监督现场施工，确保符合项目要求及施工图纸。 Coordinate and supervise site works to ensure compliance with project requirements and drawings.
处理分包商提出的技术问题，并向直属上司提出解决方案。 Identify technical issues raised by subcontractors and provide solutions to immediate superior.
编制并提交每日施工现场报告给业主/顾问代表。 Prepare and submit daily site reports to client representatives.
确保材料使用效率，减少浪费。 Ensure materials are used efficiently and wastage is minimized.
确保所有机械设备妥善维护并安全使用。 Ensure all plants and machinery are properly maintained and used with care.
保持施工现场清洁和卫生。 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the work site areas.
及时报告任何偏离既定程序、图纸或安全规范的情况。 Promptly report any deviations (non-conformance) from established procedures, drawings, or safety regulations.
确保对所有不符合项采取纠正措施，并妥善记录存档。 Ensure corrective actions are taken for all non-conformances and proper records are maintained.
与业主或顾问代表共同进行现场检查。 Carry out inspections with client representatives.
确保所有施工严格遵守项目要求及已批准图纸。 Ensure all works comply with project requirements and approved drawings.

任职要求 / Requirements
具备专业证书、大专、本科或以上学历（土木工程、建筑或相关专业）。 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
熟练使用 MS Project、AutoCAD 及 Microsoft Office 软件。 Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
至少两年相关工作经验。 Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
优先考虑具备现场规划和监督经验者，尤其在以下方向： Preferably experienced in site planning and supervision, specializing in:
1 结构工程（具备铝模系统经验） / Structural works (with Aluminum Formwork     experience)
2 建筑工程/装修（高层建筑经验） / Architectural works (high-rise building     experience)
3 具备扎实现场操作经验者优先/ Candidates with proven hands-on site experience are encouraged to apply. 
4 能适应每周六天全职工作，/ Able to work six (6) full working days per week

工作时间 / Working Hours：
工作日 / Working Days：星期一至星期六 / Monday – Saturday
上班时间 / Working Hours：08:30 – 18:00
工作地点 / Location：Samarahan
