ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Kuching HQ Office)
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
1 year relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts.
Support the Account Executive in ad-hoc accounting tasks.
