LITIGATION CLERK - Kuching
We are a litigation-focused law firm in Kuching, Sarawak, and we are looking for a Litigation Clerk 
who is sharp, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Who We’re Looking For
Diploma or STPM qualification (legal or related studies will be an advantage, though not essential)
1–2 years’ experience working in a law firm (litigation exposure preferred)
Familiar with court procedures, e-filing systems, and cause papers
Comfortable dealing with court registries, government departments, and clients
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing litigation files from opening to closure, on an administrative basis
Preparing, filing, and serving court documents and correspondence
Supporting lawyers with daily litigation and administrative work
