SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR     - Kuching
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (SPM holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.)
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor or in similar construction- related role. 
Knowledgeable in site operations, safety regulations, and construction procedures.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and understand basic construction methods. 
Strong skills with contractors, consultants and internal team. 
Familiar with basic site documentation (daily report, inspection checklist, progress tracking). 
Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and work at various project sites when required. 
Proficiency in English and Malay.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are executed according to schedule drawing, and specifications.
monitor subcontractors and workers on-site to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance to work procedures. 
Ensure site works comply with safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe and organized site environment.
Conduct daily site inspection and report progress, issues, and site conditions to Project Engineer / Project Manager.
