QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Based in KUCHING)
Job Specifications
Responsible for pre / post contract and final accounts administration
Monitoring project and cost control
Attend site meeting and site joint valuation with consultants/relevant parties
Ensure timely submission of VO costs/ monthly progress claims
To evaluate subcon workdone/preparation of claim certificate
And other related assigned by Management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess At least Degree In Quantity Surveyor or equivalent ( diploma holders with working experience of more than 5 years)
At least 3 years working experience in construction related field
Good Communication and knowledge in Autocad /MS-Project would be added advantage
Able to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
