PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their benefits.
Provide product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites or events.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with technical teams
Build and enhance business relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirement:
Must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science or equivalent field. 
At least 1 – 2 years of related experience. Preferable with working experience in laboratories. 
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
Skilled in preparing clear, engaging and well-structured slide presentations.
Confident in public speaking and demonstration.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Willing to travel outstation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
