SALES EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively promoting and selling company properties/products.
Attend to walk-in customers, online enquiries, calls, and leads professionally and follow up consistently to close sales.
Conduct site/show unit viewing, product presentations, and explain project details (pricing, packages, SPA process, loan procedures).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, existing customers, and agents to generate referral sales.
Manage the full sales cycle including booking, documentation submission, and follow-up until completion of SPA and loan approval.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and unit status updates in the sales tracker/system.
Work closely with Sales Admin, Finance, Customer Care, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer journey and timely updates.
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to support pricing and sales strategy discussions.
Ensure compliance with sales procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Degree is an advantage).
At least 1–2 years of experience in property sales / retail sales / banking sales is an advantage
fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in customer engagement.
Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off day on weekday).
Able to travel to sales gallery / project sites when required.
Possess own transport is preferred.
