SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE 客户服务专员 (1 Vacancy)     Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp.
Prepare and issue Delivery Orders From “Autocount System” to drivers accurately and on time.
Coordinate with sales and logistics team for smooth delivery.
Provide after-sales service and follow up with customers.
Ensure deadlines and commitments to customers are delivered responsibly.

Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Passionate about customer service, friendly, and responsive.
