CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Based in Kuching & Kanowit)
Requirements:
Possess Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management
At least 3 years related field experience in civil and structural construction works
Well-versed in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare, review and validate civil and structural design drawings, calculations and specification
Review Shop Drawings and As-built drawings
Monitor the progress of works ensure completion on time
Oversee and coordinate the construction woks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements
Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, Consultant Supervision Team and Subcontractors for technical issues, site issues, inspection and approval.
Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in creating schedule for the construction
Ensure all documentation, testing and inspection records are properly maintained.
Ensure all civil and structural works adhere to quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) procedures
Comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) policies and requirements
Prepare all reporting requested
