RESIDENT ARCHITECT

RESIDENT ARCHITECT (Kuching & Samarahan - 2 posts)
Requirements:
Minimum 5 -15 years of related to building construction supervision on site.
Candidate must possess Master / Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (at least Part II Architecture or equivalent).
Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Well-versed all aspects of project administration, including site contract monitoring, supervision and liaison with Client’s representatives.
Self-initiated in site supervision and monitoring
