Comprehensive knowledge regarding employment and labour laws (Malaysia Employment Act 1955)
Manage staff and foreign workers recruitment process
Maintain and update all employee’s personnel records register
Prepare monthly payroll and maintaining payroll records
Develop and continuously update HR processes and documents
Hold a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Exhibit good analytical skills, attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
