QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years related working experience
Quantity taking off
Provide cost and material estimates
Keep track of construction materials and inventory
Track changes in plans/constructions; update budgets
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Knowledge in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project system is an added advantage

HUMAN RESOURCE CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Manage staff and foreign workers recruitment process, Prepare monthly payroll, Malaysia Employment Act 1955. 3. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL SITE ENGINEER/SITE SUPERVISOR (Kuching), Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, at least 2 to 3 years working experience, daily on-site monitoring and coordinating construction works. 4. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNTS CLERK (Kuching), Diploma in Accounting, at least 2-3 years working experience in Accounting, Handle full set of accounts, Familiar in SQL Accounting software. 5.
