TECHNICIAN - BUILDING MAINTENANCE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule.

Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.

Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.

Attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by tenants.

Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.

Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping, plumbing and etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or other related technical fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in building maintenance, facility operations or similar technical environment.

Possess knowledge in building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).

Demonstrates teamwork and communication skills.

Willing to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - GENERAL LEDGER (The Spring, Kuching), Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent, Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, Maintain and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts. 2. ADMIN EXECUTIVE (The Spring, Kuching), Diploma in Business Administration or related field, Minimum 2 years of administration working experience, Provide general administrative support including filing, document preparation, and data entry. 3. TECHNICIAN - BUILDING MAINTENANCE (The Spring, Kuching), Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Minimum 2 years working experience, Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works. 4. SECURITY PERSONNEL (The Spring, Kuching), Minimum SPM or equivalent, Previous experience as security / armed forces, To perform crime prevention duties through guard and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring. 5. CAR PARK ASSISTANT (The Spring, Kuching), Minimum SPM or equivalent, Previous experience as a cashier or in a related role, Operate and monitor car park equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
