ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative support including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
Manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Prepare letters, notices, reports, and internal/external memorandums.
Maintain well-organized records of agreements, contracts, and departmental files.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Handle and process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with tenants and vendors.
Liaise and follow up with inter-departments and external parties on administrative matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of administration working experience.
Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and reliably.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
