PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR - Kuching
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a top-performing real
estate negotiator. This role is essential for maximizing productivity, ensuring exceptional client
experiences, and maintaining seamless coordination across all property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and comprehensive follow-up action items
Organize and maintain digital filing systems for client records, contracts, and transaction documents
Client Relations & Transaction Coordination
Coordinate with clients, co-agents, lawyers, banks and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Track transaction milestones, deadlines, and key dates (offer submissions, due diligence periods, closing dates)
Prepare transaction checklists and status updates
Marketing & Digital Presence
Create and post property listings on relevant portals and social media platforms
Coordinate professional photography, videography, virtual tours, and property staging
Develop marketing materials including proposals, brochures, and presentation decks
Maintain and update social media accounts to enhance market presence
Collect and manage client testimonials and online reviews
Research & Market Support
Conduct property research and compile comparative market analyses (CMAs)
Prepare comprehensive property information packages for clients
Maintain updated databases of available properties
General Support
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as they arise
Assist with event planning when required
Manage office supplies
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CapCut
Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
