Diploma or Degree in Plantation Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years of working experience in managing palm oil plantations.
In-depth knowledge on all areas of palm oil cultivation and MSPO related matters.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with effective communication at all levels.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self motivated and result oriented with high level of integrity
