Human Resource Support
Support daily HR operation, recruitment, agreements, contract, record keeping, onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in training coordination, attendance tracking, and payroll support
Ensure compliance Company Policies with Sarawak Labour Ordinance & Malaysia Employment Laws
Administrative Duties
Handle purchasing of company-related items, track and records stock items
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination
Manage office supplies and inventory
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience.
Knowledge of HR processes, familiar with contract management processes, basic legal awareness.
Organized, detail-oriented, time-management abilities, multitasking, problem-solving, coordination skills and responsible.
Able to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Melayu & English.
Able to work with one initiative and with minimum supervision.
Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM2,200 (depend on experiences)
