ARCHITECT (Part 1 /Part 2) – 2 POSTS (Kuching)
 

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Sketch Up / Adobe / BIM is an advantage.
• Knowledge of authorities’ submission requirements.
• Developing concept designs, producing construction drawings, assisting with feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attend meetings and site inspections.
• Assist in contract administration and project coordination.
