Job Responsibilities:
Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
Develop and motivate aftersales staff
Focus on customers' satisfaction activities
Regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry
Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
