
INVENTORY & PURCHASING CLERK
Job Description:
Key-in purchase invoices into system
Manage stock transfers, adjustments & purchase returns
Input new item codes and maintain accurate records
Set cost price & selling price in system
Prepare inventory reports for management
Liaise with suppliers, place purchase orders & follow up on deliveries
Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & inventory systems
Good communication skills for supplier coordination
