INVENTORY & PURCHASING CLERK

Job Description:
Key-in purchase invoices into system
Manage stock transfers, adjustments & purchase returns
Input new item codes and maintain accurate records
Set cost price & selling price in system
Prepare inventory reports for management
Liaise with suppliers, place purchase orders & follow up on deliveries
Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & inventory systems
Good communication skills for supplier coordination

ADVERTISER - 1. ADMIN & ACCOUNTS CLERK (Jalan Padungan, Kuching), Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field, Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices
2. STOCK CONTROL ASSISTANT (Jalan Padungan, Kuching), Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification, Assist in physical stock take exercises, Must have own transport
3. INVENTORY & PURCHASING CLERK (Jalan Padungan, Kuching), Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, Liaise with suppliers, place purchase orders & follow up on deliveries
4. E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (Jalan Padungan, Kuching), Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification, Pack and ship customer orders promptly, Update product listings & prices on e-commerce platforms
5. HR OUTSOURCE (PART-TIME / CONTRACT BASIS) (Jalan Padungan, Kuching), At least 2 years of HR working experience, Handle monthly payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions
