GENERAL CLERK – PURCHASING & DISTRIBUTION (Demak Laut, Sarawak)
JOB RESPONDSIBILITIES :
- Update daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required
- Assist in stock reconciliation and basic inventory tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Track delivery status and assist in resolving discrepancies such as shortages or damages
- Process and prepare distribution orders from warehouse to outlets
- Liaise with outlet personnel regarding order quantities, delivery timelines, and stock availability
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 1 year of clerical or purchasing-related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
