GENERAL CLERK – PURCHASING & DISTRIBUTION  (Demak Laut, Sarawak)

JOB RESPONDSIBILITIES :
 

  • Update daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required
  • Assist in stock reconciliation and basic inventory tracking
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
  • Track delivery status and assist in resolving discrepancies such as shortages or damages
  • Process and prepare distribution orders from warehouse to outlets
  • Liaise with outlet personnel regarding order quantities, delivery timelines, and stock availability

JOB REQUIREMENTS : 
 

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • At least 1 year of clerical or purchasing-related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
