
HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Upper Lanang, Sibu, Sarawak
Job Scope:
Prepare job advertisements & offer letters
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Processing employee claims
Document misconduct or attendance issues.
Assist in issuing warning letters, memos, and disciplinary notices.
Handle employee disputes/termination according to Sarawak Labor Ordinance
Assist in company events
Handle general office admin & ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/related field
Minimum 2 years experience
Knowledge in Employment Act, Sarawak Labour Ordinance
Able to handle employee misconduct
Good command of English and BM
