CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM ADMIN - (Basic Level Technical Support)
Salary: RM 2,000+ per month (standby allowance provided)
Job Scope:
Basic Level Technical Support
Admin work
Issue recording and reporting
Liaise with technician for advanced technical problems
Assist and training will be provided
Working Hours:
Rotating office-based hours
Work-from-home / standby hours
Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Basic computer skills
Technical / IT background is an advantage
