QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Minimum diploma qualification or similar working experience
Understanding of pre/ post contract
Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
Tender document/ costing preparation & submission
Acquire quotations from suppliers / subcontractor/ and assessment of quotation, negotiate and award of sub-contractor & suppliers, prepare & monitor material delivery schedule & wastage control.
Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS works (take off for BQ preparations & price analysis, tender document preparation & submission)
Good in Microsoft especially excel.
Familiar with local supplier/ contractor (materials purchase/ contractor)
