SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads, arrange meetings, and assist clients with property inquiries.
Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on Sale and Purchase Agreement and housing loan documentation.
Support sales launches, handle walk-in customers, and respond to inquiries.
Conduct market research and assist in marketing campaigns and advertising.
Maintain marketing databases and prepare sales performance reports.
Provide customer service, follow up on payments, and address discrepancies.
Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and support general administrative tasks.
Participate in roadshows and marketing events.

Job Requirement
Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
Strong mathematical skills and high numerical accuracy.
Experience in property development is an advantage.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Skilled in MS Office.
Willing to work weekends/public holidays.
Own transport and willing to travel.
