SITE SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN

SITE SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track construction progress, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Liaise regularly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and legislators
To ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations on site, conducting regular safety checks and maintaining a safe working environment.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management and stakeholders.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assist in resolving on-site challenges as required.

Job Requirement
Candidate must possess a Diploma/higher degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction field or those with more than 3 years’ experience but without a qualification
Knowledge in construction drawings and documentations will be an added advantage.
Able to work under tight schedules with minimum supervision.
Possess own transport
