PETROL STATION MANAGER / SUPERVISOR - Bintulu
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage gas station staff to ensure efficient operations
Schedule and assign duties to employees, monitor their performance, and provide feedback and coaching
Oversee inventory control and ordering of fuel, merchandise, and supplies
Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability and implement strategies to increase revenue
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Perform cash management duties, including preparing deposits, reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overages
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fuel pumps, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition

Job Requirement
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a gas station or related industry
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to handling fuel and other hazardous materials
Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of merchandise
Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
