JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
operate and maintain electrical systems (switchboard, lighting, generator, ups).
perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities.
troubleshoot electrical and building-related faults.
attend to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
ensure compliance with safety, st, and statutory requirements.
coordinate and supervise contractors when required.
REQUIREMENTS
possess valid Chargeman Certificate (AO / A1 / A4).
knowledge in electrical and building maintenance.
experience in commercial building / mall environment is an advantage.
willing to work shifts, standby, and on-call.
