ADMIN ASSISTANT - Kota Samarahan
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily office general clerical duties.
Assist in all scopes related to Admin field.
Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Higher or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in relevant field.
Able to communicate well in both written Malay and English. Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft office and any other related software.
Good in communication skills, personality, analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
