JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ DESCRIPTIONS
- Customer Coordination & Follow-Up
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate appointments, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
- Respond professionally to customer issues and maintain accurate customer databases and communication logs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors, supporting customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Marketing Execution & Brand Support
- Execute marketing campaigns and social media activities while ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, and digital content; contribute creative ideas for promotions and outreach.
- Monitor social media content performance and update website information related to products and marketing.
Market Support & Event Coordination
- Conduct competitor and market research and compile insights, customer feedback, and sales observations for reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and projections.
- Support arrangements for marketing events, customer visits, and exhibitions.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized records for marketing activities, quotations, delivery schedules, and internal documents.
- Prepare reports, memos, meeting documents, and coordinate document flow across departments.
- Support PO processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, and assist in tracking marketing expenses for budget reporting.
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in construction materials or hardware industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Own transport and willing to travel when required.
- Creative, organized, and eager to grow with the company.
- Preferably with photo/video editing skills using common apps or software.
