ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR OF WORKS

Contract Period: 15 months
Project Site: SK Babang, Saratok, Sarawak
Salary Commensurate with Qualification and Experience

Requirements
Preferably minimum Ten (10) years’ experience.  
Academic qualification (Diploma or higher) 
Able to write reports in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Registered with CIDB as Certified Construction Site Supervisor (CSS).
Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) as Architectural Inspector of Works (IOW).

Job Description
Perform daily site inspection and report on site issues;
Assess the progress & quality of building works;
Supervise and verify workmanship & materials in accordance to drawings & specifications;
Maintain Site Diary and prepare reports on works progress;
Verify QAQC forms submitted by Contractor;
Coordinate M&E and C&S works, and liaise with other site personnel as required.
