
Key responsibilities include:
Inspecting and supervising all road construction activities on-site.
Conducting quality control checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods.
Preparing and submitting detailed daily reports on project progress and issues.
Identifying non-conformance and coordinating with contractors to implement corrective actions.
Monitoring construction schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Liaising with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects.
Strong observational and reporting skills.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
Professional registration with BEM for INSPECTOR OF WORK
