
Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Company’s overall financial management and planning.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company’s short- and long-term objectives.
Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, including MFRS, Companies Act, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant authorities.
Manage financial risks, internal controls, and corporate governance practices.
Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
Support corporate exercises such as funding, mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with substantial experience in a senior finance or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Proven strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
