Responsibilities:
Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
Monitor compliance of specifications, QA / QC policies & safety compliance matter.
Interact daily with the subcontractors to make sure works are according to work schedule and planning.
Report regularly on project progress status.
Work force and resources planning according to daily site operation.
Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
To attend weekly/monthly site progress meeting.
Preparation of site progress report.
Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and to guide the site personnel in carrying their task.
Prepare PQP, documents and check documents such as method statement of works, materials submission, construction drawings and specifications to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
Proven working experience & excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD and Advanced MS Office skills.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
Ability to work with multiple discipline of projects.
Possess project management, supervision and time management skills.
Minimum 5 years of construction project experience.
Willing to be multi-tasking and undertake responsibilities.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Post.
