Responsibilities:
To prepare and handle full set of accounts.
To prepare and execute monthly payroll accurately.
Keep accurate records for all daily payment transactions.
Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
Create analysis report.
Cash flow management.
Bank, FA, AP & AR reconciliations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min possesses Diploma in Accounting or related field.
With relevant experience as an Account Executive.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Accounting software and MS Office.
Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
