Responsibilities:
Responsible in the general contract administration.
Preparation of tender, project budget and cost estimate.
Tender monitoring and planning.
Control of construction cost, VO administration.
Calling of quotation / tender and prepare comparison table.
Negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Preparation of project Bills of Quantities.
To perform building material estimation and take site measurements.
Coordinate for materials and equipment delivery.
Interpret contract and tender document requirements.
To attend weekly / monthly site progress meeting.
Site progress monitoring and co-ordination.
Interim Progress Claim preparation and submission.
Subcontractors' progress claim valuation and certification.
Consultants liaison and design coordination.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Min possesses Diploma in Quantity Survey or related field.
Candidates with minimum 3 years of hands-on construction project experience.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Possessed project management and time management skills.
Familiar with MS offices including PowerPoint.
Willing to be multi-tasking and undertake responsibilities.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Post.
