SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (9 mile Jalan Kuching / Serian)

About the role
This is an exciting full-time Sales Executive position based in 
Kuching. As a key member of the sales team at Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd, 
you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong, long-term relationships with 
customers in the HORECA sector. (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering)

What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the sector.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals within defined targets and timeframes.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
Provide feedback and insights to support continuous product and service improvements.
Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with scheduled deadlines and requirements.

What we're looking for
Diploma holder with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business opportunities.
Familiar with sales techniques and customer relationship management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales.
