ASSISTANT MANAGER - KUCHING (FEMALE)
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to the company’s admin requirements and practices.
- Support in administrative functions to various departments.
- Assist in daily administrative, filing & compilation work.
- Any ad-hos task assigned by the reporting officer.
- Minimum SPM/ Certificate in Administrative or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Google Sheet.
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to learn, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Proactive & able to complete given tasks with minimal supervision
