SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR (HIGH RISE)

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control for high-rise works
• Able to work under pressure and independently to meet project schedules and maintain high quality standards
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Able to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, civil, and structural drawings

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities for high-rise projects
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth work progress
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with specifications, drawings, and schedules
• Resolve technical and site issues in coordination with the Project Manager and consultants
• Plan, organize, and motivate subcontractors to achieve targets within tight timelines
• Oversee material receiving, handling, and storage in accordance with standard procedures
• Maintain proper records of workers’ attendance, working hours, and site activities
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress, manpower, and issues
• Promptly report any non-conformances, delays, or safety issues to the Project Manager
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
