JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reports.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of financial reports.
- Ensure adherence with internal controls, company policies and procedures, and maintaining financial reports in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard.
- Prepare both recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis, including variance and performance reports for outlets.
- Liaise and coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by the superior.
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and any accounting software (e.g. SQL).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
