Job Details
Handling and perform general office administration task routine work.
Updating of records i.e. incoming calls/goods, paper works, submit timely reports and to assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Track stocks of office supplier and replenishment of stock / place order.
Preferable female with Diploma /Degree in relevant field and working experienced in related field.
Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese
Positive work altitude, highly motivated self-oriented ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess own transportation
Able to Travel outstation
Preparation of necessary paper works, sorting and filing of documentation
Other task to be performed when required by the management level
Fresh graduate candidate is welcomed**
